1. Discovery
Working under intense deadline pressure, I conducted a focused discovery sprint to understand dual user needs: engagement teams and planning decision-makers.
Key Actions and Discoveries:
- I managed my team to conduct user interviews, identifying two distinct user groups and workflows
- Mapped priorities and requirements for both the data collection tool and insights dashboard
- Tested engagement scenarios through role-playing to understand field conditions
- Analysed how planning teams needed to access and use collected business data
2. Ideate
I developed user journeys for both platforms while creating backup systems to ensure successful deployment across different user contexts.

- Created user flows for both engagement teams collecting data and planners viewing insights
- Designed workflows connecting data collection to insight visualisation
- Prototyped digital tools with paper backups in case of unreliable field conditions
- Created concepts of dashboard interfaces for planning team decision-making
3. Design
Close collaboration with client teams enabled rapid testing and iteration of both the engagement tool and database platform designs.
