About Me

I’m Alex, a senior product designer who transforms complex challenges into intuitive, user-centred solutions. With over a decade of experience across startups and consultancies, I’ve led design projects from initial concept through to market launch.

As co-founder of Akou since 2017, I’ve built and mentored multidisciplinary teams while designing digital tools that help organisations measure and improve their social impact. 

Alongside this, I continue to work with freelance clients on brand identity and digital design projects. My work spans the full design spectrum, from strategic service design and UX research to interface design and brand identity.

I’m particularly drawn to projects where I can take something complicated, whether it’s data, processes, or technical concepts, and figure out how to make it actually make sense for the people who need to use it.
